Easy Potato Soup

If it's cold outside, I love to eat something warm - like soup. Here is a super easy Potato Soup Recipe for the Crockpot. It is the perfect meal for a cold night.

2 bags of Simply Potatoes - either shredded or cubed (usually found near the cheese)

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery soup

2 cans (14.5 oz each) chicken broth

2 cups water

Dump it all in the crockpot and heat until potatoes are soft. I like to put it on the low setting for several hours.

Add bacon and shredded cheese for topping
